Headstone
- Only once payment is made in full along with approved and signed layout, DC Commodities Ltd will start production on the headstone. Once work has commenced where is no cancellation or refund.
- K100+GST storage fee will be charged if headstone are not picked up after 30 days from completion date.
- A storage fee of K100.00+GST will be incurred after a month if:
- Photos for installation are not submitted a month after sandblasting and painting of inscriptions on headstone.
- Order paid in full yet wordings for inscription is not submitted by the customer.
- Headstone paid in full yet wording for inscription is not submitted by customer
- The cancellation and or return of plain headstone will attract an administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the sale value.
- DC Commodities Ltd does not provide “Epoxy” glue for headstone installation.
- DC Commodities Ltd will NOT be responsible for the late arrival of the Photoceramic as this is airfreighted from Europe.
- Customers are to arrange their own air and sea fright. DC Commodities Ltd will only make deliveries to the airport and seaport. Delivery fees apply.
Return and Refund Policy
While every care is taken in estimating quantities prior to ordering. Shade variation is a natural characteristic of all kiln product and colour may vary samples provided. The provision of goods under this quote is subject to our usual terms and conditions.
- Cancellation and/or returns of all stocks items will attract an Administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the sale value.
- We will not entertain returns after 7 days from purchase date
Special Orders
- All special orders require a 50% up-front payment
- No refund on special order items
